| I wonder how Wanda is doing since
more restrictive bankruptcy legislation went into effect this fall
(2005), a while after I took this photo. The concept of not spending money I don't have has always been clear to me, but I'm sure there are cases where people have unexpected expenses... Wanda's sign caught my attention, so I guess her marketing strategy is working. When one thinks of taking legal action, formality with all its trappings comes to mind, but if Wanda can get the job done without the 'bells and whistles' I'm all for it. |
