“May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds.” - Edward Abbey
Yosemite is a National Park you must see! Most visitors head straight for Yosemite Valley, and it can be a very busy place during the warm months, so consider going during the less busy off-season. Explore the park beyond the valley and take time to go for a hike and really get a feel for the place.

Keep in mind that if you want to see waterfalls like these you'll need to go during the spring when the winter snow pack is melting. They typically dry up during summer, fall, and winter.

The shadows, Half Dome profile, and ladder pics are by Erik and Rob Jensen.
