If you want to see spectacular waterfalls at Yosemite National Park spring is the time to visit. As the wniter snowpack melts the runoff creates quite a show. Waterfalls that slow to a trickle or dry up completely for summer, fall, and winter, come alive during spring.

Bridal Veil is not the tallest waterfall in Yosemite Valley, but it's certainly the most elegant. There's a unique wind flow that often creates an updraft at the base of the falls, so as the huge volume of water comes crashing down a fine mist gently drifts skyward.
